13.5 Is…

This has been a fun and exciting first Crossfit Open season for us!  Every CrossFit Brier Creek athlete has achieved way more than they thought they could at the beginning of the Open.  No matter what 13.5 is, I am sure that we all will step up and give it a go.  Lets keep that up for the rest of the year.  The 2014 season will be here before we know it!  After this week, its time to get down to business and begin the road to next year’s Games and improving our fitness.

Workout of the Day 4/4/13:

CrossFit Open Wod 13.5

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

  • 100/65 pound Thruster, 15 reps
  • 15 Chest to bar Pull-ups

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.
If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.
Etc.
