***CrossFit Endurance Wod today at 5 pm***
Today’s wod will be just as much a mental challenge as physical. 10 rounds of anything can be overwhelming. Work on 1 round at a time and focus on being as effecient as you possibly can be. Good setup and position on the deadlifts and wallballs will keep you from fatiguing to quickly. We will be watching for rounding backs on the deadlifts so don’t even try!

10 Rounds for Time:
- 5 Deadlifts (225,155)
- 10 Wall Balls (20,14)
- 20 Double Unders
