Medicine ball cleans we all learned in Foundations but it may have been a while since you’ve done them. Remember to perform a full squat clean and return to standing position. If you catch it high make sure to squat down to proper depth to make your rep count.

3 Rounds for time:
- Row 500 Meters
- 25 Medicine Ball Cleans (20,14)
- 15 Pull-ups
- 25 Sit-ups
