For Time:

  • 50 Box Jumps
  • 50 Jumping Pull-Ups(sub high pulls from the hang)
  • 50 Sumo Deadlifts
  • 50 Box Step Ups (no weight)
  • 50 Flutter Kicks(3 count)
  • 50 Hang Power Snatch (barbell 45/35 or lighter, DB very light)
  • 50 Good Mornings(light) or Supermans
  • 50 Wall Ball Shots (sub single DB/KB thruster)
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Double-Unders(singles, or virtual jump rope)

Who doesn’t love a good chipper! Right? This is an at home version, with a few subs, of the classic CrossFit benchmark “Filthy Fifty”. Chip away at each movement and then move on to the next. Have fun!
