20 Minute AMRAP:
- 400 Meter Run
- Max Rep Pull-ups
We last did this June 26, 2019. Check out your score and go after it today! In Wodify we will be putting 0 rounds plus the total number of pull-ups. The score for this has always been pull-up reps.
Home Workout:
- 20 Minute AMRAP
You guys can largely do all of this from home. Map out a loop or an out and back distance of 400 meters/quarter mile. If you cannot leave your house for the 400, pick something that you can do for 1:30-2 minutes continuously. An example would be running up and down the stairs, jumping rope, burpees, mountain climbers, etc.
If you don’t have a pull-up bar or something you can wedge into a corner to do pull-ups or rows, grab something like your grill propane cylinder and do bent over rows. Anything that you can rig up that allows you to pull from arms fully extended towards your chest will work. Try to get 10-20 reps each round.
Then,
- 10 minutes of mobility, skill work, walking
