Deadlift:
- Build to a heavy set of 2
Then,
4 Rounds for time of:
- 20 Sit-ups
- 10 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans(55,35)(35,25)(25,15)
- 5 Dumbbell Push Jerks
We are starting off today going heavy for 2 on the deadlift. This is an in between rep count that you can really go heavy on. Afterwards we will go after a quick metcon with dumbbells. Crush it!
