Push Jerk:

  • Build to a heavy set of 3

Then,

4 rounds for time:

  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
  • 15 Box Jump Overs (24,20)
  • 15 Push Jerks (115,80)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)

We are starting off Monday from the racks doing push jerks for 3. Build up to as heavy as you can with good form. Afterwards, we will get into 4 rounds of kettlebells, boxes and push jerks. Happy Monday!
