Build to a heavy pressing complex:

  • 1 Push Press
  • 2 Push Jerks

Then,

10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 15 Push Jerks (115,85)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 15 Lateral Barbell Burpees

We are starting out with a push press, push jerk complex. Build to a heavy complex. In the AMRAP, we will focus on the push jerk at a light load and then bring the heart rate up with some burpees. Have fun!
