Pausing Front Squat: (Pause 3 seconds in the bottom)

  • Build to a heavy 2 rep

Hang Squat Clean

  • Build to a heavy 1 rep

Then,

3 Rounds for time:

  • 15 Hang Squat Cleans(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 30 Double Unders

Lots of squats today! We will start off with a front squat where we pause for 3 seconds in the bottom. This doesn’t have to be a 2 rep max. Just build up to something relatively heavy for 2 and work on good positions. Next we will hang squat clean for a 1 rep. Take this to a true 1 rep max weight or just work on technique if you are new to this. Lastly, we will get a quick burner in with light squat cleans and low rep double unders. Have fun!
