- Build to a new 1 rep max

- 60 Double Unders
- 30/21 Calorie Row/Bike
- 15 Front Squats(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
Today is your opportunity to test out where you are with the back squat. The majority of the class we will be building up to a new 1 rep max. After that, we will take on a quick AMRAP. Happy Friday!
