Saturday fun!

“Strict Lynne”

5 Rounds for reps of:

  • Max Bench Press (Bodyweight)(3/4 Bodyweight)(1/2 Bodyweight)
  • Max Strict Pull-Ups

*Rest 3 Minutes Between Rounds

This is a strict pull-up version of the benchmark “Lynne”. It is done for total reps not for time. Get a set of max rep bench presses at bodyweight or your scale, then walk across and do a max set of pull-ups. Rest 3 minutes between.
