Deadlift:

  • Build to a heavy set of 3

Then,

5 Rounds for time:

  • 10 Deadlifts (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 10 Burpees

For your Friday workout we are first going to go heavy and then we will finish light and fast. The strength portion takes us up to a heavy 3 rep deadlift. These are touch and go and if you are feeling strong and form is good go for a PR. The metcon will be a burner but we will still have to keep that proper deadlift form intact. Happy Friday!
