Saved by the Barbell is an annual, world-wide CrossFit community Labor Day workout and fundraising effort to bring CrossFit to more kids everywhere. We missed it over Labor Day but will make it up today. The goal of the workout is to get as many reps as possible in all 3 rounds. Happy Monday!
