In Teams of 2, complete:
- 800 Meter Run w/Sandbag (400 m each)
- 60 Burpees over the Sandbag
- 50 Sandbag Front Squats
- 40 Toes to Bar (knee raises)(abmat)
- 50 Sandbag Front Squats
- 60 Burpees over the Sandbag
- 800 Meter Run w/Sandbag (400 m each)
In this partner + sandbag workout, one partner will be working and one resting. Split up the reps however you want except for the 800 which must be divided. The toes to bar will be the only time that the sandbag is not in play. Have fun!
