For Time:

  • 10 muscle-ups
  • 25 thrusters(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 1,000-meter row
  • 25 thrusters
  • 10 muscle-ups

This one builds up to a row and then you will climb back down finishing with muscle-ups. We will have some options to scale the muscle-up while still giving you an opportunity to practice them. The thruster weight should be very light for you. That means that we should really be pushing those thrusters and the row as well. See you in the gym!
