“Nutrition Challenge Baseline”

10 Minute AMRAP:

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Ground to overhead per how many rounds you are on(155,105)(135,95)(75,55)(55,35)

It is time once again to get a baseline for the upcoming Nutrition Challenge. This workout is a great test of overall fitness. We have some gymnastics, weightlifting and short cardio endurance. Get in and get after it!
