For Time:
- 1600 Meter Run
- Rest 6 Minutes
- 800 Meter Run
- Rest 4 Minutes
- 400 Meter Run
- Rest 2 Minutes
- 200 Meter Run
We are out on the track today! Try to run each piece as hard as you can. Don’t hold back for the later runs. There is enough rest built in to give you a pretty good recovery. Crush it!
