- 5 Strict Muscle-ups
- 50 Double Unders
- 4 Strict Muscle-ups
- 40 Double Unders
- 3 Strict Muscle-ups
- 30 Double Unders
- 2 Strict Muscle-ups
- 20 Double Unders
- 1 Strict Muscle-up
- 10 Double Unders
The strict muscle up is a more advanced skill that many don’t have yet. Today is a perfect opportunity to work on getting closer to one. We will have some muscle-up drills that everyone can do to replace the strict muscle-up. Double unders are part of the pairing today. This is also a good opportunity to learn, practice or hone skills with the rope.
