20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 5 Pullups
  • 10 Pushups
  • 15 Thrusters (75,55)(55,35)(35,15)

We are well into “Murph” season.  It is time to start training. Today you will get 20 minutes of running, pullups, pushups and squats. The squats we turned into thrusters to help you develop capacity in your arms and legs for the 300 squats in May. Crush it!
