“Nutrition Challenge Baseline WOD”

10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 5 Pullups
  • 10 Pushups
  • 15 Squats
  • Clean and Jerk X’s the round you are on (155,105)(135,95)(75,55)(55,35)

It is time to re-test! The Whole Life Challenge is over and this is our last baseline check. You will start with 1 round of 5,10,15 and 1 clean and Jerk. Then you will repeat the 5,10,15 and do 2 clean and jerks. After each round of 5,10,15 you will increase the clean and jerk by 1 rep.
