4 Rounds for reps,(teams of 2)
5 Minutes to complete:
- 750 Meter Row/1 Mile Bike (switch each round)
- 100 Double Unders
- Max rep Clean and Jerk (135,95)(115,75)(85,55)(55,35)
*Rest 3 minutes between rounds
For those of you missing the barbell the past few Saturdays, here you go! Except, you have to pay metabolically to get there. Its always about give and take. This will be a partner workout. The row/bike must be split in half. The first rower/biker can begin the double unders but can’t move on to the barbell until the row/bike and 100 doubles have been completed. The score will be the total clean and jerk reps from all 4 rounds.
