Lots of barbell work for you to play with today! We will begin with the overhead squat. Stay sharply focused on executing the movement as perfectly as possible, even if that means keeping it very light. Then it is on to the snatch balance which will help you to get comfortable receiving the bar when snatching. We will end the class with some time to put it all together and snatch from the floor.
