These sit-ups were fun!

For Time:

  • Weighted Sit-ups (35,25)
  • Strict Press (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)

The sit-ups today are going to be weighted.  RX will be with 35/25# dumbells.  You can scale down from there, using med balls, plates or kettlebells.  We also have a little more of a challenge in bringing in the press to a metcon.  Remember, this is STRICT.  No legs hips or tip toeing to get the weight up.  Press from the shoulder to over head.  Enjoy!
