*Continue adding 2 reps to the front squat each interval for as long as you are able.
Today we have a workout that is time based and with an ascending rep scheme. Every 2 minutes you will perform the prescribed work until you are unable to finish in time. The front squat reps are the only thing that changes. They go up by 2 reps every 2 minutes. Choose a weight that is challenging. You will be cleaning the bar from the floor. Enjoy!
