This week begins retesting of our 1 rep maxes. Everyone has been working hard the last 10 weeks and it will be awesome to see your progress. Our metcon is meant to be a quick one. This is a heavier/harder 1 round version of the benchmark “Helen”. You should come out of the gates moving hard and keep that up through the pullups.
