Today we will be getting into some 3 rep power clean sets for our strength work. We want you to build each set up to a 3 rep max power clean. Our metcon has more barbell work with two classic CrossFit movements. 3 rounds of thruster and sumo deadlift high pull. This should be a fast burner so choose a weight that you can do unbroken through the majority of the workout. CFBC will be closed on Monday for Labor Day. Enjoy the long weekend!
