Monday is back and we are on front squats for 4 sets of 6 reps.  Again, we are trying to keep the load the same across as well as heavy as possible.  Our metcon is a long standing benchmark wod.  “Isabel” is 30 snatches for time.  Pick a weight that you can maintain a power snatch throughout.  We want you guys to scale to keep this under 5 minutes.  The fastest times in the world are floating right at 1 minute.  Make this your week to improve and stay consistent.
