Welcome to Friday! Its time to get in one last workout before the weekend. Today we will kick thinks off with some deadlifts. Your sets of 6 will be building up to a heavy 6 rep at the end. This is a little different strategy than what we have been doing with the other lifts this week. The metcon is an ascending ladder from 1 to 10 reps of wall ball shots and pullups. This means we begin with 1 wall ball and 1 pullup. Work up by one until you finish with 10 wall balls and 10 pullups. Have a great weekend!
