Onward with the 8’s today!  Keep the weight as heavy as possible for all 3 sets of 8 and those elbows nice and high.  Our metcon is a classic CrossFit benchmark named “Elizabeth”.   It is a lung burning couplet of cleans and dips.  If you don’t  have proficient ring dips yet we will sub pushups in to keep you moving and the intensity up.  Crush this week!
