Everyone’s running has improved over the summer. I know that it doesn’t feel like it many times when you are out there, but that is because you are constantly pushing yourself harder. That is one of the things that makes CrossFit so effective. Today, try to keep the same pace today on all of the 800’s. Stay consistent and efficient on your barbell movements and you will come out the other side with your fitness and health improved. See you on the flip side!
