Welcome to August and finally a few degrees cooler! Starting this week we move into 8 reps for our strength work. The strategy is still the same. Try to go as heavy as possible for 8 reps. Make small adjustments up or down if needed to keep the reps heavy and accomplish 8. Our metcon comes to us from mastermind programmer Ben Bergeron. On occasion I run across workouts from other programs that are just too awesome to pass up and I want to share them with you guys. This one is a great mix of a bodyweight wod and a challenging barbell complex wod.
