  • 20 Chest to Bar Pullups
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 30 Kipping Pullups

We are continuing to knock out the 2 rep maxes.  Today we have push press on tap.  After getting set up the sequence is, Dip-(torso upright, knees out), Drive-(quickly return up from the dip) and Press-(press up hard out of the drive to lockout overhead).  The metcon is going to mix up three types of pullups from the most difficult to lots of help from the hips.  Default to how you normally scale pullups.
