We have made it to the end of the week with one day left before we take on “Murph”. Spend some time today working on the clean and jerk. Only go up in weight if your form is correct and you are feeling good. We will be going by Olympic standards. The biggest issue, with these standards, is that you cannot have any press out in your jerk. You must stick it with locked arms and shoulders. Don’t worry, we will be watching. Afterwards jump on the Assault bikes for 4 minutes of Tabata fun.
