- 12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
- 12 Bar Facing Burpees
We all need improvement on the overhead squat. Today will be a good day to work on getting better. Having a solid overhead squat transfers to many things especially the snatch. Keep the weights light if you aren’t feeling comfortable. Don’t feel the need to sacrifice your form to put up a big number. If things are looking good and you are comfortable, build up to a heavy 5 rep. Fight to improve everyday!
