15 Minute AMRAP:
- 55 Double Unders(75 singles)
- 15 Chest to Bar Pullups(chin over)(banded)(ring row)
- 5 Hang Power Cleans (155,105)(135,95)(115,75)(75,55)(55,35)
Today we will take on one of the masters qualifier wods for this years games. There are some really tough masters athletes out there so see if you can hang with them. Besides the test of fitness, this is a really well programmed wod that HQ put out. Give it a whirl!
