- 200 Meter Run
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Squats
- 400 Meter Run
- 20 Burpees
- 20 Squats
- 600 Meter Run
- 30 Burpees
- 30 Squats
- continue up the ladder
Our Saturday party is a ladder AMRAP of running, burpees and squats. Everyone’s favorite moves! The run will go up each round by 200 meters and the burpees/squats will go up by 10. In case you haven’t noticed we are in full on “Murph” training mode. If you don’t know what/who Murph is, look it up and read the history behind the hero and the workout. See you on the CFBC track!
