- 2 Power Snatch
- 3 Squat Snatch
- 4 Power Snatch
- Continue this up to 10 power snatches
We saw so many PR’s last week on all 3 days. Lets continue the momentum and crush the weights this week. Make sure to check your old max number so that you know how to start and finish. Our metcon will be a fast sprint of alternating squat snatch and power snatch. Starting at 1 squat snatch, going up by 1 and finishing with 10 power snatches. Have a great week!
