Happy April Fool’s Day! Hopefully no one will be fooled today. Deadlifts are on the menu along with a nice, spicy little burner metcon. The gym may be closed on Saturday due to the paint project. We will keep you posted. Sunday open gym is cancelled. Have a great weekend!
