This will be our last week of strength building before we start going after new 1 rep maxes. Stay consistent and try to get the most out of the last “plus” set. Our metcon has 3 parts. You will start with 1 round, then move to 2 rounds and finish with 3 rounds of a triplet. Crush this new week!
