- Tabata Pushups
- Run 2 Miles
- Bottom to Bottom Tabata Squats
Our Saturday fun comes from crossfit.com back in January. I saw this one and knew we needed to throw it in the mix. Record your total reps on the Tabata and your time for the 2 miles. Bottom to bottom Tabata squats means you take your 10 seconds of rest holding the bottom position of the air squat. Take this one on at 9 and then hang out to cheer on our Team CFBC Open athletes!
