3, 5 minute Rounds for max reps at each station:
From 0:00-2:00, run 400 meters then double-unders (200 meters/single skips)
From 2:00-3:00, Push Jerks (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
From 3:00-4:00, Pull-ups (banded)(ring row)
From 4:00-5:00, Hang Squat Cleans
*Rest 5 minutes between rounds
Today you will be working against the clock to score reps. The first 2 minutes off each round will begin with a 400 Meter run and then max rep double unders with the remaining time. From that point on each station will be 1 minute each. At the 5 minute mark you will rest for 5 minutes and repeat for a total of 3 rounds. Keep score of each round.
