  • 3-3-3+pullups sat

Then,

For Time:

  • 75 Wall Balls(20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 50 Pullups(banded)(ring row)

We are working on the bench today for our strength work.  Remember to use 90% of your 1 rep max as your “working weight” for the percentages.  The last set you want to try to get as many reps as possible.  Make sure to have a spotter.  The metcon is chipper style with only two movements.
