Fight Gone Bad is a classic CrossFit benchmark.  You will spend 1 minute at each station trying to get as many reps as possible.  We will do 3 rounds with a 1 minute break in between rounds.  When the dust settles, your score is the total reps from all 3 rounds.  Have fun!
