Then,
10 Minute AMRAP:
- 5 Handstand Pushups (abmat)(box)(floor)
- 10 Power Cleans(155,105)(135,95)(95,65)(55,35)
- 15 Air Squats
Welcome back to a new week! This week will be a little shorter due to the Christmas Holiday but we will still get in some good workouts. Today we will start off with some back squats. You will build up to 85% of your 1 rep max and then do 5 sets of 3 reps. After wards we will AMRAP it with handstand pushups, power cleans and air squats.
