Hang Squat Clean:

  • Build to a 3 rep max, then 3 reps @ 95%, 3 reps @ 90%

For Time:

  • 100 Double Unders(100 singles)
  • 15 Snatches (135,95)(115,75)(95,65)(55,35)
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 10 Snatches
  • 25 Double Unders
  • 5 Snatches

Our strength/Olympic movement is new to this cycle.  Today we will use the 3 rep protocol that we have been using with a hang squat clean.  For your attempt to count, your hands must stay on the bar the whole time, you must start at the hang and pass through a full front squat.  The metcon is a mix up of the benchmark “Isabel” and  jump roping.  Enjoy!
