Back Squat:
- Build to a 3 rep max, then 3 reps @ 95% 3 rm, 3 reps @ 90% 3 rm
Then,
3 Rounds: (for time)
- 15 Power Cleans(135,95)(115,75)(95,65)(55,35)
- 15 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
This will be our last week of 3 rep maxes. Try to beat your previous weights. We will be getting into testing our 1 rep maxes soon. Our metcon will be just two movements for 3 rounds as fast as possible. Go after it!
