Front Squat:

  • Build up to a 5 rep max, then 5 reps @ 95% and 5 reps @ 90% 5 RM

Push Jerk:

  • Build up to a 5 rep max, then 5 reps @ 95% and 5 reps @ 90% 5 RM

For Time:

  • 200 Meter Sprint (100 meters out and back)

The last day for front squat and push jerk 5 rep maxes is here.  Take a look at your previous weights and try to go up 5-10 lbs.  As always, play it smart,  if you are injured or too sore from the week, go lighter and get through it.  There will be more time to go heavy. The last part of our day will be a sprint.  We will be sprinting the CFBC 200 meter course.  You know, down to the blue dumpster and back.  Run down hard, make a fast turn and run back harder!  This will be a CFBC benchmark in Wodify.
