- 5 Lateral bar Burpees
Our Tuesday is going to start out with some behind the neck split jerks from the racks. We will build up to a moderate weight. The AMRAP afterwards comes from a crossfit.com workout of the day. Squat cleans and burpees. Find a steady pace with this one and don’t come out too hard or you will be riding the struggle bus.
