5 Rounds- Every 2 minutes complete:

  • 1 Muscle Snatch + 2 Snatch Balances

Then,

10 Rounds- Every 2 minutes complete:

Saturday tire flipping!

Saturday tire flipping!

  • 3 snatches (work up to a max triple for the day)

Then,

4 Rounds for time:

  • 15 Thrusters(95,65)(75,45)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 15 Pullups

Core/Accessory:

3 rounds:

  • 5 Snatch grip Sotts press (AHAP)

-Rest 90 seconds

  • 20m handstand walk (10m x 2…the purpose of this is to have you work on your turns mid handstand)

-Rest as needed

Our second day in the new program looks to be busy.  With all of this added work we need to make sure to stay on point and diligently work through everything.  Also, if you are notoriously tight or take a bit longer to get loose try to arrive a few minutes early to mobilize or begin your warm up process.  Now lets get after it!
