We are getting into our 2nd 1 rep max day and strict press is on tap. Make sure to get a good setup and build the base to push from by locking down your core and remaining tight. Walk out of the rack and press to overhead without any movement of the hips, knees or tip toeing. The metcon is biathlon style, with a penalty assessed for dropping the bar during the hang power cleans. Hang on as long as you can to help minimize those 200 meter penalties.
